We will work with you to either repair the dress or create a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Incorrect Order: If you receive a dress that does not match your confirmed order specifications (style, size, color), please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will gladly make the necessary alterations or create a new dress based on the original order details.

Non-Eligible Returns:

Custom-Made Nature: As each dress is crafted specifically to your provided measurements and specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to changes in preference, fit issues related to inaccurate measurements, or delays caused by customer-provided information.
Color Variations: Please note that due to screen calibrations and dye lot variations, slight color discrepancies may occur. These minor variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns.
